At Colibri Healing, our goal is to co-create with you a customized holistic lifestyle plan for health and well-being, which includes principles of holistic nutrition, Ayurveda, minimalism, mother Earth medicine, environmental sustainability, and wholesomeness practices. We will guide, support and assist you as you gain an ever-deeper understanding of your natural states of balance and harmony in your lifestyle and health as balance is restored to your body, mind and consciousness.

BOOK YOUR ayurvedic wellness CONSULTATION.
Initial Ayurvedic Wellness Consultation
At this first one-on-one appointment, approximately 1.5 hours are spent gathering additional information about you to cultivate an understanding of your states of balance and imbalance. You’ll complete an intake form and return to us within 7 days of our first appointment. Approximately one week after the first appointment, we will meet again for a 1.5 hour follow up consultation during which we will present you with the consultation findings. An initial consultation requires advanced payment at the time of scheduling.
The initial consultation is $295 and includes:
• Personalized comprehensive Ayurvedic wellness assessment and explanation of your individual Ayurvedic constitution and current state of imbalance.
• Findings complemented with principles of mother Earth medicine, minimalism, sustainability, environment, and wholesomeness Ayurvedic and holistic practices.
• Personalized Ayurvedic holistic lifestyle plan designed specifically for you with guidance on nutrition, mindfulness, daily exercise and practices to help you reach your goal. The plan will include different modalities of healing practices for you to integrate into your lifestyle.
• Helpful tools, tips, and tricks for navigating your unique obstacles.
Follow-up Ayurvedic Wellness Consultation
As many symptoms improve quite rapidly, and others take longer, depending on the length of your imbalance and your willingness to embrace the wellness plan, it is recommended that you do between 3 to 6 follow-up sessions at the beginning of the health plant to monitor your progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the lifestyle modifications. Follow-up sessions allow you to embark in discovering and including Ayurveda into your lifestyle with the caring support of an Ayurveda mentor.
Each 75 min follow-up session is $145 and in it, we will:
• Review your constitution imbalances and address your concerns.
• Discuss your progress in the program.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the lifestyle program and make modifications if needed.
• Integrate more lifestyle practices as appropriate.
• Immerse in the knowledge of Ayurveda.
Follow-up visits are recommended every two weeks at the beginning of the program, and then they begin to taper off until they occur only seasonally. A follow up session requires advanced payment at the time of scheduling.
You have an option to embark on the journey of discovering Ayurveda on your own in which case, you’d only do the initial consultation. If it’s been more than 12 months, since your last consultation, it’s recommended that you book an initial consultation as the initial assessment is no longer applicable.
